Features a 59.3V clamping voltage at 10.1A peak pulse current and 100A maximum surge current. This silicon TVS diode offers a low 1uA leakage current and operates across a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C. Packaged in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount case, it is RoHS compliant and supplied on tape and reel.
