The switch provides typical 62 mΩ on-resistance from 2 V to 5 V, low-voltage enable control, low off supply current, and reverse current blocking when disabled. The TDFN4 package measures 1.2 mm by 1.6 mm and is specified for -40 °C to +85 °C ambient operation with -40 °C to +125 °C junction operation. GE4 orderable versions are halogen-free and RoHS-compliant.
