Operates with a 28.2V reverse standoff voltage and a low 1µA leakage current. This silicon diode offers a wide operating temperature range from -65°C to 150°C and a 68A peak pulse current capability. Packaged in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount case, it is RoHS compliant.
