Features a 6.4V reverse standoff voltage and 1mA maximum reverse leakage current. Designed for surface mounting in a DO-214AA package, this silicon TVS diode offers protection against transient voltage surges with a 276A peak pulse current capability. RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -65°C and 150°C.
