Features a 120V reverse standoff voltage and a 133V minimum breakdown voltage, with a maximum breakdown voltage of 147V. Offers a clamping voltage of 214V (max 193V) and a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W. This silicon TVS diode operates bidirectionally with a low leakage current of 1uA. Packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package, it is RoHS compliant and suitable for a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 150°C.
