The SMAJ43A is a unidirectional silicon transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 43V and a non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 400mW. The diode is packaged in a 2-pin DO-214AC package and has a terminal position of dual. It is suitable for use in applications requiring transient voltage suppression.
