Features a 160V reverse standoff voltage, 178V minimum breakdown voltage, and a 259V clamping voltage. Offers a 1µA leakage current and handles a 200A maximum surge current. This silicon TVS diode provides 1.5kW peak pulse power dissipation and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. RoHS compliant.
