Offers a clamping voltage of 710V at 10A, a maximum surge current of 1.2kA, and an energy rating of 36J. Designed for through-hole mounting with a 5mm lead pitch and 20mm lead length. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is RoHS compliant.
