The CGD1200HB2P-BM2 is a form-factor-fitting, two-channel gate driver optimized for the Gen2 62mm Silicon Carbide (SiC) power module platform. Each channel is protected against over-current and reverse polarity, and the board includes on-board 2W isolated power supplies supporting switching frequencies up to 75 kHz. It is designed specifically for evaluating Wolfspeed 62mm BM2 modules such as CAS120M12BM2, CAS300M12BM2, and CAS300M17BM2.
