The CGD1700HB3P-HM3 is a form-factor-fitting, two-channel gate driver optimized for Wolfspeed Gen3 high-performance 62mm (HM3) SiC power modules. It features onboard 3W isolated power supplies per channel, over-current protection, and reverse polarity protection. It is designed to support switching frequencies up to 90 kHz and provides high-speed switching for 1700V silicon carbide modules with a common-source configuration.
