Entry+ radar module integrates an A121 60 GHz pulsed coherent radar sensor with an Arm Cortex-M4 microcontroller for embedded sensing applications. The LGA module measures 18.6 mm by 15 mm and supports UART, I2C, GPIO, reset, and SWD/JTAG interfaces. It operates from 1.8 V analog and digital supplies with 1.8 V or 3.3 V I/O supply options over a -40 °C to 85 °C temperature range. The module meets RoHS and REACH requirements and is supplied for automated assembly in hermetically sealed reels.
