Pulsed coherent radar sensor integrates the baseband, RF front end, and antenna in a 5.2 x 5.5 x 0.88 mm fcCSP50 package. The sensor operates over 57 to 64 GHz and measures absolute range up to 23 m with millimeter-class distance accuracy. It uses a single 1.8 V core supply with 1.8 V or 3.3 V I/O and communicates through a 4-wire SPI interface supporting up to 50 MHz clock frequency. The device is rated for -40 °C to 105 °C operation and meets RoHS and REACH requirements.
