Flash-based FPGA provides 600,000 system gates in the ProASIC3 family. The device includes 13,824 VersaTiles, 108 Kbit of embedded SRAM, 1 Kbit of FlashROM and one integrated PLL in a clock conditioning circuit. It supports mixed-voltage I/O operation from 1.5 V to 3.3 V, JTAG programming and boundary scan, and 350 MHz system performance. The FG484 package provides up to 235 single-ended user I/Os and uses a 23 mm by 23 mm fine-pitch BGA package with 1.0 mm pitch. Industrial operation is supported from -40 °C to 100 °C junction temperature for temperature-grade variants.
