Dual-channel voltage-output DAC provides 12-bit or 16-bit accuracy with selectable multispan output ranges. The converter supports up to 16.5 MUPS in fast mode and 11 MUPS in precision mode, with 78 ns small-signal settling to 0.1% accuracy. Its SPI interface supports single, dual, and dual synchronous modes with SDR or DDR operation at 1.2 V and 1.8 V logic levels. The device integrates a fixed 2.5 V reference with 10 ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient and operates across the −40°C to +105°C industrial temperature range. Packaging is a 28-lead, 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP, and Z-suffix orderable models are RoHS compliant.
