The differential SAR analog-to-digital converter provides 20-bit resolution at up to 40 MSPS throughput. It supports a 6 V p-p fully differential input range with continuous signal acquisition and includes an integrated low-drift reference buffer, reference decoupling, and common-mode generation. The digital interface supports SPI configuration, serial LVDS output, and single or quad lane SPI data output. The converter is supplied in a 49-ball 5 mm by 5 mm CSP-BGA package and operates from -40°C to +85°C.
