Quad voltage-output digital-to-analog converter provides 16-bit resolution with rail-to-rail buffered outputs. The device operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and uses a 3-wire SPI-compatible serial interface with a 24-bit write format. An enabled-by-default 2.5 V internal reference with 2 ppm/°C drift supports selectable 2.5 V or 5 V full-scale output ranges. Power-on reset, LDAC control, and per-channel power-down functions support deterministic startup and low-power operation over the industrial temperature range.
