Quad voltage-output DAC provides four 12-bit buffered analog outputs with an I2C-compatible two-wire serial interface. The device operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and supports a separate 1.62 V to 5.5 V logic supply. A gain-select pin sets the full-scale output span to either 0 V to VREF or 0 V to 2 × VREF. Power-on reset can initialize the DAC outputs to zero scale or midscale, and per-channel power-down reduces supply current to microamp levels. The device is specified over the −40°C to +105°C temperature range in 16-lead LFCSP and TSSOP package options.
