Overview
This user guide describes the hardware and software for the EVAL-AD5696RSDZ and EVAL-AD5694RSDZ evaluation boards. These boards are designed for prototyping and evaluating the AD5696R, AD5696, AD5694R, and AD5694 quad-channel, voltage output digital-to-analog converters (DACs). The devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and utilize an I2C interface. The evaluation system includes on-board reference options (2.5 V, 3 V, and 5 V), configurable link options for power and gain settings, and a connection to the Analog Devices System Demonstration Platform (SDP-B) for PC-based control.
