Two-terminal integrated-circuit temperature transducer produces an output current proportional to absolute temperature. The device operates from a 4 V to 30 V dc supply and passes 1 µA/K as a high-impedance constant-current regulator. Laser trimming calibrates the output to 298.2 µA at 298.2 K, and AD590M grades specify ±0.5°C calibration accuracy with ±0.3°C linearity over the full range. The family supports temperature sensing from -55°C to +150°C and is available in flatpack, LFCSP, TO-52, SOIC, and die forms.
