An on-chip 2.5 V reference, programmable channel sequencer, MUX OUT/ADC IN path, alert interrupt, BUSY indication, and general-purpose output pins support monitor and control applications. Normal operating power is 1.4 mW typical at 3 V and 1 MSPS, while power-down current is 435 nA typical at 3 V. The device is specified for -40°C to +125°C operation and is offered in 20-lead TSSOP and 20-lead LFCSP packages.
