The device operates from a 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply and includes a 2.5 V internal reference with an optional external reference input. A serial interface supports common SPI-compatible digital connections, and an on-chip sequencer can automate channel selection. The converter is specified for operation over the -40 °C to +125 °C temperature range.
