A 24-bit sigma-delta ADC provides up to 250 kSPS conversion with 20 microsecond settling for multiplexed precision measurement systems. The input multiplexer supports 16 single-ended or 8 differential channels with true rail-to-rail analog and reference input buffers. The converter includes an internal 2.5 V reference and communicates through an SPI-compatible serial interface. Operation is specified over the industrial temperature range in a 40-lead LFCSP package.
