Overview
The EVAL-AD7175-8ARDZ is a full-featured evaluation board designed for the AD7175-8, a 24-bit, 250kSPS Sigma-Delta analog-to-digital converter with integrated rail-to-rail buffers. The board facilitates performance testing through the Analog Devices ACE software and the SDP-K1 controller board. It includes on-board power management using various regulators such as the ADP150, ADP7118, LT1962, and LTC3129 to provide stable supply voltages. The board also features an external amplifier section (ADA4945-1/ADA4940-1) for signal conditioning evaluation and multiple reference options including the ADR4550 and ADR4525. The ACE software enables register configuration, DC time-domain analysis, and noise measurement through waveform graphs and histograms.
