The 16-bit differential SAR analog-to-digital converter samples at up to 6 MSPS with no pipeline delay. It provides 93 dB typical SNR, ±1 LSB maximum INL, and a serial LVDS two's-complement output interface with self-clocked and echoed-clock modes. The converter supports an internal 4.096 V reference, an external 1.2 V buffered reference, or an external 4.096 V reference. It operates from 5 V analog and 2.5 V digital supplies and is specified over −40°C to +85°C in a 32-lead 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP_WQ package.
