Differential programmable-input SAR analog-to-digital converter provides 18-bit resolution with no missing codes. The converter supports four analog input ranges up to ±10 V and operates at up to 670 kSPS in warp mode. It includes an internal 5 V reference and reference buffer, serial and parallel digital interfaces, and a 5 V or 3.3 V-compatible output interface supply. Operation is specified from −40°C to +85°C in 48-lead LQFP and 48-lead LFCSP_VQ packages.
