Dual SAR analog-to-digital converter provides two simultaneous 16-bit conversions at up to 500 kSPS in normal mode. The device supports two selectable input pairs and can operate as a 4-channel ADC with two channels sampled at the same time. It uses 5 V analog and digital core supplies with a 2.7 V to 5.25 V digital I/O supply for 3 V or 5 V logic interfaces. Serial and parallel digital interfaces are supported, and impulse mode reduces power at lower sampling rates. The converter is specified for operation from -40 °C to +85 °C and is offered in 48-lead LQFP and LFCSP packages.
