The 16-bit charge redistribution SAR analog-to-digital converter operates from a single 5 V supply and supports 570 kSPS throughput in Warp mode. Bipolar input ranges of ±10 V, ±5 V, and ±2.5 V and unipolar ranges of 0 V to 10 V, 0 V to 5 V, and 0 V to 2.5 V are supported through the input scaler. The converter provides no-missing-code 16-bit resolution, ±2.5 LSB maximum INL, 90 dB typical SNR at 180 kHz, and −100 dB typical THD at 180 kHz. Digital output can use 8-bit or 16-bit parallel operation or a serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP ports. Operation is specified from −40 °C to +85 °C in 48-lead LQFP and 48-lead LFCSP_VQ package options.
