The analog-to-digital converter provides 14-bit resolution with speed grades up to 250 MSPS for communications receiver applications. It operates from 1.8 V supplies and supports a flexible 1.4 V p-p to 2.0 V p-p analog input range with an internal voltage reference. The device provides LVDS ANSI-644 digital outputs, a serial control port, an input clock divider, a clock duty-cycle stabilizer, and power-down modes. It is supplied in a 32-lead LFCSP package and is specified for the industrial temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C.
