Unity-gain stable voltage-feedback operational amplifier provides 1 nV/√Hz voltage noise and ultralow distortion below −117 dBc at 1 MHz. The amplifier supports a wide 4.5 V to 12 V supply range, 600 MHz small-signal bandwidth, and 310 V/µs slew rate. It draws about 15 mA of supply current and includes a disable mode plus input bias current cancellation. Exposed-pad 8-lead SOIC and 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP packages support operation across the −40°C to +125°C extended industrial temperature range.
