Seven-channel sigma-delta ADC provides simultaneous 24-bit sampling for polyphase energy metering, branch monitoring, power quality monitoring, circuit breakers, and related measurement systems. The converter supports programmable sample rates up to 64 kSPS and differential analog inputs with ±1.2 V full-scale range at 1x gain. An integrated 1.25 V reference, per-channel gain, phase, and offset compensation, and DSP filtering support current transformers, shunts, voltage dividers, and Rogowski coil interfaces. The device operates from a 3.3 V supply over a −40°C to +125°C temperature range and communicates through a 4-wire SPI interface with CRC and daisy-chain functionality. It is supplied in a 32-lead 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP package with RoHS-compliant ordering options.
