SPDT CMOS analog switch provides a single 2:1 multiplexer function for rail-to-rail analog signal routing. The switch operates from a 1.8 V to 5.5 V single supply and has 0.5 Ω typical on resistance. Fast switching supports nanosecond-scale turn-on and turn-off timing with low power consumption. Device variants are supplied in 6-lead SC70 and 6-lead SOT-23 packages for compact layouts.
