Low power Ethernet MAC-PHY integrates a 10BASE-T1L physical layer with a MAC and host SPI interface for single-pair Ethernet nodes. The device supports 10 Mbps IEEE 802.3cg 10BASE-T1L communication over a single balanced pair with selectable 1.0 V p-p and 2.4 V p-p transmit levels. It operates across an industrial temperature range and is supplied in a compact 40-lead LFCSP package. The interface follows the Open Alliance 10BASE-T1x MAC-PHY serial interface for low pin-count host connectivity.
