CMOS low dropout linear regulator operates from a 3.3 V to 20 V input and supplies up to 300 mA of output current. Fixed output versions provide 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, 3.3 V, 5 V, and 9 V options, while the adjustable version supports 1.22 V to VIN minus dropout. The regulator delivers 15 μV rms noise on fixed-output versions, 60 dB PSRR at 10 kHz, and 200 mV typical dropout at 300 mA. It includes reverse-current protection, foldback current limit, thermal overload protection, a power-good indicator, and programmable UVLO/enable. Operation is specified over a −40°C to +125°C junction temperature range in 8-lead LFCSP and 8-lead SOIC packages.
