High precision shunt voltage reference provides a 5.0 V nominal output for space-constrained circuits. The device operates from 50 µA to 15 mA and supports an industrial temperature range from −40°C to +85°C. Grade B variants provide ±0.2% initial accuracy with a 40 ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. The reference is supplied in a 3-lead SOT-23-3 surface-mount package and does not require an external compensation capacitor.
