Synchronous buck-boost DC/DC converter regulates output voltage above, below, or equal to the input. The device operates from a 2.42 V to 15 V input range at start-up and from 1.92 V to 15 V after start-up when bootstrapped. It provides eight pin-selectable fixed output voltages from 2.5 V to 15 V and supports 200 mA output current in buck mode. Burst Mode operation reduces quiescent current to 1.3 µA, while PWM operation switches at 1.2 MHz. The converter includes programmable maximum power point control, a power-good output, soft-start, thermal shutdown, and thermally enhanced QFN or MSOP packaging.
