The precision voltage reference provides a stable 5.0 V output over a 7.0 V to 36 V input range. Output accuracy is ±0.3% maximum, temperature stability is 8.5 ppm/°C maximum, and typical low-frequency noise is 15 µV p-p. The device can drive up to 10 mA, draws up to 1.4 mA supply current, and supports output trimming by at least ±3%. A TEMP terminal supports temperature sensing with an external buffer and resistor network. Package options include 8-lead SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP, TO-99, and military 20-terminal LCC variants.
