It operates over a pressure range of 300 hPa to 1100 hPa and a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device supports I2C and SPI interfaces with VDD from 1.71 V to 3.6 V and VDDIO from 1.2 V to 3.6 V. Typical average current is 3.6 µA at a 1 Hz refresh rate when humidity, pressure and temperature are measured. The package measures 2.5 mm by 2.5 mm by 0.93 mm and is RoHS compliant, halogen-free and MSL1 rated.
