The HEDL-9140-A00 is an incremental rotary encoder line driver from Broadcom. It is designed for use with rotary encoders that provide digital square wave signals. The device operates from a 5VDC supply voltage and is capable of withstanding temperatures between -40 and 100°C. The HEDL-9140-A00 features indexed index output and is not programmable. It is available with a straight body orientation and cable terminals.
