The AMT303-1000-5000-10-CW is a modular encoder with a rotary motion and indexed index output. It provides an incremental encoder reading through a digital square wave encoder signal. The device is programmable and operates at a maximum speed of 8000 revolutions per minute. The encoder is designed to function within a temperature range of -40 to 125°C and can be supplied with a voltage between 4.5 and 5.5VDC.
