CapSense microcontroller provides CSX capacitive sensing with up to 31 CapSense I/O channels and proximity sensing support. The device uses an M8C CPU running up to 24 MHz with 8 kByte flash and 1 kByte SRAM. It operates from 1.71 V to 5.5 V across a -40 °C to 85 °C temperature range. Integrated peripherals include a 10-bit delta-sigma ADC, I2C, SPI, software PWM, and three timer/counter blocks.
