Overview

This document provides the full circuit schematic for the iCE40HX1K-EVB, an open-source hardware FPGA development board by Olimex. The design is based on the Lattice Semiconductor iCE40HX1K-VQ100 FPGA. Key hardware features include a Winbond W25Q16BVSSIG 16Mbit serial flash memory for configuration and a Samsung K6R4016V1D-TC10 256K x 16-bit asynchronous SRAM. Power management is handled by two Silergy SY8009AAAC step-down regulators generating 3.3V and 1.2V rails from a 5V input. The board also includes a 100MHz TXC oscillator, user-programmable LEDs and buttons, and multiple expansion headers (GPIO and PGM) for interfacing and programming.
