It is rated for 275 Vrms AC and 350 V DC maximum operating voltage with an 8 kA single 8/20 µs surge current rating. The S20K275 device has 430 V varistor voltage with ±10% tolerance and 710 V maximum clamping voltage at 100 A. Straight radial leads use 10 mm spacing, 1.0 mm lead diameter, and 25 mm minimum lead length. The product is RoHS compliant, REACH SVHC-free, halogen free, and lead free.
