The module supports 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax, Bluetooth 5 LE, Zigbee 3.0, and Thread 1.3 connectivity. This 4 MB Quad SPI flash variant uses an external antenna through an IPEX connector and provides 23 GPIOs on a 29-pin module. It operates from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V supply across a -40 °C to 85 °C ambient range and measures 18.0 mm by 19.2 mm by 3.2 mm. Green certification covers RoHS and REACH compliance.
