The module includes 4 MB SPI flash, 2 MB PSRAM, 37 GPIOs, USB OTG, ADC, DAC, touch sensing and other peripheral interfaces. It operates from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V supply over a -40 °C to 85 °C ambient temperature range and uses an external antenna connector. The module is RoHS and REACH compliant and is designated end-of-life.
