Secure Boot microcontroller family provides a dual-core PSOC 6 architecture with a 150 MHz Arm Cortex-M4F application CPU and a 100 MHz Cortex-M0+ reserved for system functions. The device includes 1856 KB of application flash, 944 KB of available SRAM, hardware root-of-trust security, cryptographic acceleration, and true random number generation. It operates from 1.7 V to 3.6 V and supports low-power modes including deep sleep with SRAM retention. Peripheral resources include USB Full-Speed, 13 serial communication blocks, two SD host controllers, audio interfaces, CAPSENSE support, a 12-bit 2 Msps SAR ADC, and up to 100 GPIOs. The CYB0644xxZI-S2D44 product line is supplied in a 124-ball BGA package and is specified for -40 °C to 85 °C ambient operation.
