
This single-channel solid-state isolator transfers energy across a reinforced galvanic isolation barrier using coreless transformer technology. It delivers a 15 V output, requires 16 mA control current, and supports standard turn-on operation with 0.175 mA short-circuit current. Dynamic Miller clamping and current or temperature protection inputs help build protected solid-state relay stages without a dedicated isolated bias supply on the output side. The device is housed in a wide-body PG-DSO-8-66 package with high creepage and clearance and is rated for up to 5.7 kV RMS isolation.
