Overview
The EVAL-iSSI20R02HCS evaluation board is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of Infineon’s iSSI20R02H coreless-transformer advanced solid-state isolator. The board features two OptiMOS ISC015N06NM5LF MOSFETs in an AC switch configuration and includes functionalities such as ultra-fast overcurrent detection triggered at 20 A peak, dynamic Miller clamping, and optional over-temperature protection via a PTC resistor. It provides reinforced isolation and is certified according to UL 1577 standards. This document includes technical specifications, absolute maximum ratings, schematics, PCB layout details, and a complete bill of materials to support the development of solid-state relays and isolated power circuits.
