The device communicates over a PSI5 interface with synchronous and asynchronous Manchester transmission, integrates EEPROM for ID, calibration, and mode selection, and includes an on-chip voltage regulator. It operates from 4.5 V to 11 V across -40 °C to 125 °C, measures absolute pressure from 50.9 kPa to 126.5 kPa, and derives ambient pressure over 53.6 kPa to 110 kPa. The sensor is qualified for automotive applications, validated to AEC-Q100, and supplied in a PG-DSOF-8-16 surface-mount package.
