The power supply IC integrates one current-mode buck DC/DC converter and one low-noise LDO regulator. The buck channel operates from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, provides an adjustable 0.8 V to 4.5 V output, and supports up to 600 mA output current. The G variant LDO provides a fixed 3.3 V output with up to 300 mA load current and typical 55 μVrms output noise. Protection functions include overcurrent protection on both channels, LDO short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and a 66 ms power-on-reset delay. The device is specified for −40 °C to +85 °C ambient operation in a 3 mm × 3 mm SON-10 package.
