It provides 2 MiB of program ROM and 256 KiB total RAM split across 192 KiB and 64 KiB regions. The device supports 2.7 V to 5.5 V operation with USB 2.0 host/function, CAN 2.0 A/B, CAN FD, a 16-bit external bus interface, 12-bit ADC, and 12-bit DAC resources.
